Faith

So little faith.



Revival is coming, people's hearts are gently being opened by the Father's hand.... and then a scorner has something to say, trying to quench the Spirit. But He would not be quenched. People still came to the altar. There comes a time, when the devil is fighting so hard, and sends out a fiery dart - so hot you'd almost mistake it for a real one. It is then that the Lord brings out those who are genuine and those who are not. It's when He sifts through the wheat and makes the wolves in the pastures of the Shepherd to stand out - alone. When He takes care of His church.



Scorners are well-liked enough, because they're funny... until they decide to attack all that is pure and good and needful for the body. When the preacher doesn't preach, but tries to move the hearts of the people and encourage them - bring life and hope back into their bones, and a scorner cracks a joke. Then we the flock see how far away we've all come, and how much Jesus is trying to pull us back to the cross. We are able to see true colors, even without confessing our faults one to another - though that is needful. I'll admit I am too prideful to lay everything out on the table. The LORD has a specific plan for the good and the evil. He prepares one to righteousness, and one to wickedness, though it is their choice which path they travel.



All in all, every thing worketh together for good to those who love God, and to they who are the called... according to His purpose. Pray for your enemies, for they need the Lord. And of some have compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. -Jude 22-23



Oh Christian, when the wicked comes, stand your ground! Pray for them, but don't let them come in and destroy your brothers and sisters. Encourage the faith and hold it up in prayer. Pray without ceasing. Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken. -Proverbs 3:25, 26



Faith is the victory. For I am persuaded... that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature shall separate us form the love of God, which is in Christ our Lord. -Romans 8:38, 39



Faith is our shield. Faith is the substance of things hoped for - that glorious appearing... the evidence of things not seen - History. Salvation. Jesus. If we have faith (and we do, if we are saved), then we have the victory, if we are faithful. If we do not lose heart. Don't be discouraged by those who joke around and make light the things of God - scorners. They who have the influence of Satan strong upon them, poor souls. I try not to preach, for I'm only a simple young woman with a simple task at hand, and am striving for the good of the Kingdom. This is my message of encouragement to y'all. Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. -1 Corinthains 16:13
