Each of us individually can claim Proverbs 8:22-23:
"The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was."
If you are a child of God today, you can know that before the beginning of time, God set you up for a future directed by Him and Him alone. You were specifically picked out to fulfill a place in history that His loving hand wants to guide on to glory.
As was I. And here, as I share my thoughts and the truths of God's Word, I will be searching for that plan...for His will.
"I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:14

I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was... by grace am I saved,through the water and the blood. Not of works, lest I should boast. For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. Jesus is my bread, my water. God is my Father of lights. Every good gift is from Him, and all things will work together for good in this life, for I choose to love Him. Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him. I will rejoice in time to come. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. And if I perish, I perish.
